12 Week Training Program
Our BODYFIT program is designed and built from proven industry standards and guidelines from nationally recognized organizations such as NASM and ACSM. Results are based on a commitment of 3 days per week for 12 weeks. It is a unique and systematic fitness program specifically designed to safely and effectively progress you toward any goal.
During your program you will set and review goals, track your progress, design workouts and learn proper exercise techniques all with the guidance from your HOMFIT team trainer.

In-Home ConsultationThis is our first meeting where we get to know you. We listen to your unique goals, exercise history and anything else important to your health and wellness. This appointment will help you decide if HOMFIT is right for you. |

AssessmentNext we schedule your fitness assessment. This is where we discuss your personal and medical health history. We will also set goals, measure body composition , and perform some basic physical movements that will help us design your individual training program. |
